Radiance is a premium, spacious precinct within Lake Treeby.  It is surrounded by the green space of a nature reserve, parks and a sporting oval.  It will also have larger lots, beautiful views down most streets to landscaped parks.  Radiance lots will also have a generous front landscaping package, ensuring beautiful streetscapes.

Our all ages lake recreation area starts at the south west corner of Radiance.  The sporting complex is to the West and beautiful landscaped parks are planned for the north and east. Construction Update – August 2022

There has been significant development with the civil works.  Water, sewer, drainage and gas are mostly complete for our Lake Precinct.  Plus, underground power is approximately 75% complete.  This means our first Lake Precinct lots are almost serviced and will just require the final inspections and energisation.
 
Retaining walls are approximately 90% complete (excluding lake walls), so you will see our first lots taking shape over the next few weeks.  Road subgrade and basecourse are mostly complete and the asphalt to roads is expected to be finished in late August.  Kerbing to roads is around 50% complete.
 
Brick paving, foot paths and masonry fencing is expected to start in the coming weeks, so you will really start to see the beautiful estate come to life by the end of August.
