When you buy land at Lake Treeby, you receive a bonus front landscaping and fencing package.
To apply for your fencing bonus, please send your completed fencing form to reception@treacyfencing.com.au. You must complete and send this form to the contractor at least 10-12 weeks BEFORE you move into your new home.

Claim Your Landscaping Bonus
To apply for your landscaping package, please send your completed landscaping form to residential@lac.com.au. You must complete and send this form to the contractor at least 10-12 weeks BEFORE you move into your new home.
To claim your landscaping incentive, you must complete the construction of your dwelling within 24 months of your Settlement Date.

The landscaping package value varies according to lot size and lot location. All amounts include GST. These values are set out below.
