Stretch Deck
Within the Lake recreation area is a stretch deck. This wooden platform lets you stretch, do yoga or another fitness routine on a hard, flat surface right near the lake.
There’s also grass right next to it so you can shift between a hard or softer surface, depending on what you need.

Exercise Stations
Lake Treeby has three outdoor exercise stations, with more planned, to create a complete exercise circuit that you can use whenever you like. The three existing stations are located next to Rose Shank Reserve and include:
Upper Body Zone – Happiness Way
- Bench press
- Butterfly press
- Push up line marking
- Limestone block jumps – used for push ups, tricep dips, step ups and more.

- Aerobic stepper
- Squats line marking

Exercise Circuits
We’ve created some measured running / walking circuits around Lake Treeby so you can keep fit where you live. Radiance Rocket and Rose Shanks Rippa are set right alongside our Exercise Stations, so you can start or stop here for some targeted exercises.
