Lake Treeby hosted our first multicultural style celebration with Harmony at the Lake on Saturday 8th November 2025. The event attracted over 400 residents and local community members who enjoyed the culturally diverse entertainment and connection.
The event featured a range of hands-on activities including origami creations with Sanny Ang, calligraphy activities hosted by the Atwell branch of the Chung Wah Association, and a relaxing watercolour painting session facilitated by Coral Pea designs.

Guests enjoyed a variety of food from Moroccan, French, Western and Asian vendors along with a range of sweet desserts from local food trucks.
Guided by DJ Morgan from Western Sounds who MCed the night, the entertainment kicked off with performances from Valerie Heston School of Dance. This was followed by an interactive African drumming workshop led by Akwaaba African Drumming, where 25 participants, each with their own drum, joined in lively call and response rhythms. The evening then continued with an enjoyable Bollywood dance performance by Bollywood Dance and Beats, whose sparkling costumes and inspired dance moves, encouraged the residents to get up and dance together.

Under the warm festoon lighting provided by Over the Moon Events, the evening came together as a joyful and memorable celebration of multicultural harmony, and community spirit at the estate.
