Lake Treeby 2025 Community Sponsorship Program Applications

Our Community Sponsorship Program helps local organisations & groups fund projects, activities and events that reflect the estates vision and meet local needs. We value the contribution that sporting clubs, schools and other not-for-profit organisations and local community groups make towards building a healthy and happy local community.

Local clubs, groups and organisations play a very important role in establishing a local community, and help residents feel welcome and connected.

Our Community Sponsorship Guidelines have been produced to assist local, not-for-profit community groups to apply for financial assistance from Lake Treeby Estate through the Community Sponsorship Program.   

2025 Funding Rounds

  • Round 1: Open 6 June, 2025. Closes 18th August 2025.
  • Round 2: Open 22 November, 2025. Closes 22 Feb 2026.

2024 Successful Applicants

  • Piara Waters Cricket Club.  Funding provided to help with the cost of uniforms, equipment, association fees and facility hire for their women’s team and toward the establishment of the junior team.
  • Lake Treeby Maths Club.  Funding provided to establish a local Maths Club and assist with the purchase of resources to support math-based activities, games and venue hire.
  • Bosco Saints Netball Club. Funding provided for coach bags and sporting equipment.
  • Pirates Junior Football Club. Funding provided for sporting equipment.
  • Treeby Cycling Community. Funding provided for winter cycling jerseys.
  • Treeby Primary School Parents & Citizens Association. Funding provided for Buddy Benches.

Section 4: Referees


Please provide contact details for two referees that Lake Treeby can contact to confirm that the sponsorship funding you have requested is legitimate and will be used for the purposes outlined in this application. Referees cannot be family members or personal friends, they must be teachers, employers, sporting club or community group representatives. Other sponsors who have sponsored a project, activity or event in the past can be a referee.
