The Lake Treeby land auction, held on Saturday 15 November 2025 was a huge success.  Over 70 people attended and over 30 people registered as bidders for these four premium lake view lots.  Each lot attracted around 10 bids and all four lots were successfully sold.

There was a lot of excitement and nervous energy in the lead up, which auctioneer, Prash Nayar handled well and managed to calm.
