After construction of a stage, the City of Cockburn inspects and approves all works.
Once titles are issued, all infrastructure – including roads, footpaths and lighting – becomes the responsibility of the City of Cockburn. If you notice any defects with paths, roads or lighting. you need to contact the City of Cockburn for assistance using the Report a Problem form.
If your contract is subject to finance and you are required to make genuine efforts to obtain approval, if for any reason you cannot obtain finance, you may cancel the contract by providing a formal decline letter. In this case, your deposit will typically be refunded.
Any requests for neighbour contact details are managed through the Community Development Officer. You can access the relevant consent forms here.
Receiving your immediate neighboour’s contact details requires both of you to complete the neighbour consent form. This is just a formal consent to share your contact details with your immediate neighbours.
If you’re already living next door to them, you can just say hi or drop a Hello Neighbour card off. You can download it from our website or pick on up from the Lake Treeby Sales Centre.
This initiative is run by the Community Development Officer and encourages residents to connect via clubs, groups, activities, events, printed materials and neighbour consent to share contact details.
