The very first land release of Lake Treeby’s new Harmony precinct will commence at 12 mid-day, on Tuesday, 14 October 2025.
Harmony precinct has over 400 new lots and is positioned to the north of the future Primary School, scheduled to be open in February 2028. Torwood Avenue will ultimately connect Harmony with the Lake recreation area and current Lake Treeby development.
47% Green Space
The Harmony precinct is surrounded by beautiful Banksia Woodland nature reserves and the total area of this precinct has over 60% green space. In total, the addition of Harmony precinct and it’s nature reserves will lift the total green space percentage across the entire Lake Treeby development to 47%. This means that nearly half of the entire land development area is nature reserves, parks or other public open space.
The First Land Release
We’re expecting to release 15 lots, ranging in size from 231m2 to 635m2. These lots are positioned between a landscaped park and a nature reserve. Titles are anticipated mid-2026.

Protecting Our Nature
The precious Banksia Woodland nature reserves that surround Harmony precinct are a rare native Western Australian vegetation community with high conservation value. They help protect threatened species, such as the black cockatoo, as well as rare and endangered plants, such as the King Spider Orchid.
The developer will donate the 46.2 ha of surrounding Banksia Woodland nature reserves to the National Trust of Australia, with the land being rezoned for conservation purposes. For the next 20 years, the developers will arrange a program to enhance and protect the overall quality of the Banksia Woodland, with the support of City of Cockburn and the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions.
