January 2026 Harmony Fixed Date Sale

We’ve released 10 new lots in our beautiful Harmony precinct.

The 10 lots range in size from 242m2 up to 517m2 and are located in the Northern end of our new Harmony precinct.  Harmony is surrounded by nature reserves and has over 60% green space.

If you wish to make an offer on one of the lots, please complete and submit the Fixed End Date Sale Form below for the Seller’s consideration. Submissions close at 12 noon on Monday, 2nd February 2026.

All lots are advertised with a ‘from price’ and have a fixed end date for any offers to be made.

Please read the Sales Contract Template in the Useful Downloads and Links section below before making an offer to ensure you understand and accept the terms and conditions of the sale should you be successful and are required to sign the contract.

Fixed End Date Sale EOI Process

  1. Complete the Fixed End Date Sale Form below by 12 noon Monday, 2nd February 2026.
    • Please make sure you complete ALL sections of the form to enable the Seller to consider your offer.
    • Buyers are invited to make offers on up to 3 lots, offer 1 should be your first preference, offer 2 your second preference, offer 3 your third preference and so on.
    • No offer below the from price will be considered by the Seller.
  1. When it comes time to sign a formal Offer and Acceptance Contract, any offers made subject to finance approval will need to have a letter of eligibility or pre-approval letter to accompany the offer.
  2. Any offer made as a cash offer will require proof of funds to accompany the offer.
    • Note: Cash offers will be viewed more favourably than offers subject to finance, but this will not necessarily be the final determinant.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to sell the lot to any buyer it chooses.  The Seller also reserves the right to not sell the advertised lot for any reason, which shall remain undisclosed.
  4. It will be the applicant(s) responsibility to ensure their Fixed End Date Sale Form and any supporting documents have been received by Land4Sale.
  5. Land4Sale will reply to all complete submissions with acknowledgement that the complete submission has been received.
  6. The Seller will not be considering or accepting any subject-to-sale offers in this campaign.

    Offer and Acceptance Contract Process

    1. All complete submissions will be considered on the price offered and finance terms.
    2. Applicants will be contacted by Saturday, 7th February, 2026 with the Sellers decisions.
    3. Successful applicants will be required to provide confirmation of details for the Offer and Acceptance Contract, an email will be sent by Land4Sale requesting this information. This information should be provided as soon as possible.
    4. Once all details are confirmed as accurate, Offer and Acceptance Contracts will be sent out via DocuSign for signing.
    5. DocuSign contracts must be signed and returned within 48 hours of receiving them.
    6. A deposit of $15,000 is required to be paid within 3 days of acceptance of the Offer, this is to be paid by EFT and Land4Sale will supply Trust Account details for this payment.
