Lake Treeby will sell land with fixed land prices for our November releease.  Due to high demand, the process to reserve land and make an offer to buy is detailed below.

The lots in the November release have not yet been created and are subject to the subdivision process (including timing for issue of title) set out in the example sales contract below.

Offer and Acceptance Contract Process

1. An electronic direct mail (eDM) will be sent to our registered buyers advising the anticipated date & time of our November release.  If you are not yet registered, please register here.
2. An eDM will be sent to our registered buyers when the land is released and that eDM will direct registered buyers to the lot numbers and fixed price list.
3. After the release, prospective buyers will need to contact our Land Estate Manager Martin Head via phone, text, or email to reserve a lot.  Martin can be contacted on 0488 111 067 or sales@laketreeby.com.au. 
4. Prospective buyers must have a valid letter of eligibility or pre-approval from a lender to reserve a lot.
5. Reservations will be taken on a first-come-first-serve basis, as determined by the Land Estate Manager.
6. The Land Estate Manager will advise prospective buyers if they were successful in reserving a lot.
7. The successful buyer will then be given 48 hrs to supply their valid letter of eligibility or pre-approval from a lender and the information required to prepare the sales contract (e.g. buyer name, address, lender, loan amount) to the Land Estate Manager.
8. The successful buyer will need to sign and return the contract to the Land Estate Manager within 48hrs of receipt to make their offer to purchase the lot.
9. The Land Estate Manager will promptly submit the successful buyer’s signed contract to the Lake Treeby owner for acceptance.
