Lake Treeby will sell land with fixed land prices from May 2026 onwards, until further notice.  Due to high demand, the process to reserve land and make an offer to buy is detailed below.

4 May 2026 Release Timing

• Release Information:
  • 12:00pm noon, Monday 4 May 2026
  • 20 new lots from Stage 2, release A of Harmony precinct, Lake Treeby
  • Titles anticipated late 2026
• Sales method:
  • First in, first served basis; however, the strength and nature of offers will also be taken into consideration.
• Pricing notification:
  • An electronic direct mail (eDM) will be sent at 12:00pm Thursday 30th April confirming that pricing is now live on the website. Pricing is available to view only, and no offers can be submitted at this stage.
• Submission method:
  • Applications to purchase must email sales@laketreeby.com.au from 12 noon on Monday 4th May.  Offers will be accepted via email only, to ensure the order of enquiry can be accurately monitored.
• Each email application must include:
  • The buyer’s order of preference for lot numbers (up to three); and
  • A copy of either a Finance Pre Approval Letter, Broker’s Eligibility Letter, or Proof of Funds (for cash purchasers).
• Offer timing:
  • No offers will be accepted prior to 12:00 pm noon on Monday, 4 May 2026.
• Offer Acceptance:
  • The Land Estate Manager will advise prospective buyers if they were successful in reserving a lot.
  • The successful buyer will then be given 48 hrs to supply the information required to prepare the sales contract (e.g. buyer name, address, lender, loan amount) to the Land Estate Manager.
  • The successful buyer will need to sign and return the contract to the Land Estate Manager within 48hrs of receipt to make their offer to purchase the lot.
